The uniform Hub®
A Uniform Management System for Dance Schools

The Uniform Hub®
The Uniform Hub® is a dance school uniform management system that gives schools control, consistency, and clarity across their uniform programmes. It replaces ad-hoc ordering with a structured, long-term approach designed for dance academies and performing arts institutions.
The Uniform Hub® brings together branded portals, controlled product ranges, and managed production into one coherent system. Instead of juggling suppliers and one-off orders, schools work within a defined framework that keeps branding consistent, ordering clear, and workloads manageable.

Why uniform management breaks down as schools grow
As dance schools expand, uniforms often become a source of stress rather than support. Parent-facing shops reduce admin in the short term but can dilute branding, fragment ordering, and remove visibility over what is being worn and when. Staff time is spent reacting to issues instead of working from a clear, agreed structure.
What the Uniform Hub® provides
The Uniform Hub® is a managed system, not a shop. It gives schools a stable framework they can rely on year after year.
Features:
- A dedicated, branded ordering environment aligned with your school structure
- Approved uniform ranges that protect identity and reduce decision fatigue
- Centralised artwork handling and production oversight
- Reliable, repeatable fulfilment built around academic cycles
The outcome is simple: less admin, fewer surprises, and a uniform system that supports the way your school operates.
Who the Uniform Hub® is designed for
The Uniform Hub® is designed for dance schools, performing arts academies, and institutions that want structured, long-term uniform management rather than one-off orders or purely retail-driven models. It is most effective where there are multiple classes, age groups, or programmes to coordinate.
Ordering models
The Uniform Hub® supports clear, production-safe ordering modes so schools can choose the level of flexibility that suits them.
School Ordering
Schools coordinate requirements internally and place consolidated orders through the Uniform Hub®. This model offers maximum control, predictable production runs, and a single delivery per cycle.
Parent Ordering
Where parent access is required, ordering takes place within defined windows using approved products only. Orders are aggregated for production once minimum quantities are met, maintaining efficiency while giving families clear timelines.
NOTE: Open-ended parent shops are not part of the Uniform Hub® model. This protects production minimums, quality, and delivery reliability.
Clear ordering windows and approved products typically reduce parent confusion.

Handling student growth
Size changes are managed through scheduled ordering cycles, with clear opportunities for families to move into the next size as required. For larger schools, we can advise on a simple buffer stock strategy held on site for urgent situations. Out-of-cycle replacements are available only in limited circumstances and are subject to additional handling and production costs.
This approach avoids emergency, one-off orders that increase cost and reduce consistency.
Packages & management
The Uniform Hub® packages are structured around the level of management, flexibility, and oversight your organisation requires.
Core Hub®
For schools that prefer school-led bulk ordering and a straightforward, term-based approach to uniform management.
Growth Hub®
For growing schools that need a balance of school-led ordering and controlled parent ordering windows, with added coordination and support.
Institutional Hub®
For larger academies and institutions managing multiple programmes and cohorts, where resilience, governance, and long-term stability are critical.
The Uniform Hub® packages are based on setup and ongoing management fees.
To keep pricing fair for families and focused on quality, Uniform Hub® packages are based on setup and management fees.
Garment costs are quoted separately, and we do not build commission or profit-sharing into uniform pricing.
Most schools naturally recognise which level reflects how they already operate.
