Frequently Asked Questions About Working With Brandworx®

How do I know if I'm a good fit for The Brandworx®?

You’re ready if your brand is apparel-led, scaling, and you care about consistency, clarity, and commercial performance. We don’t do generic logos—we design identity systems that move.

Do you offer standalone logo design?

No. Our work is purpose-built for apparel-led brands and requires a strategic and production-ready approach. All packages include full visual delivery.

We can evolve or expand existing logos through the Multi-Division Identity System. You’ll need to supply original design files and grant permission for adaptations.

Can I upgrade to a multi-division system later?

Yes. If you start with Core Logo Identity, you can upgrade within 6 months. A credit of £750 will be applied toward the Multi-Division Identity System.

How long does the process take?

Turnaround is typically 2–4 weeks depending on your feedback and approval timeframes. We’ll confirm timelines during onboarding.

Do I need to be a Uniform Hub® client to work with you?

No, but all identity systems are designed with production in mind. If you do join Uniform Hub® later, your system will be ready to go.

Do you offer payment plans or deposits?

No. All projects require 100% upfront payment to secure your slot and protect both sides. It keeps the process clean and committed.

Do you offer creative retainers on flexible terms?

Retainers require a 3-month minimum commitment. We don’t offer casual or ad hoc arrangements—our work is structured for brands that value consistent creative support.
