Frequently Asked Questions About Licensing The Artworx®
How do I know which licence comes with each design?
Each product is clearly labelled with a licence tier—Standard, Brand, or Exclusive—based on its creative depth and commercial value. This is defined by us at the point of creation.
Can I upgrade my licence if I want to scale up?
No. Licences are assigned based on the design’s intended use and value. If you need a higher-tier graphic, you’ll need to license one specifically created and approved for that tier.
What’s the difference between Standard, Brand, and Exclusive licences?
Each licence comes with different usage rights, design quality, and support. Standard suits low-volume apparel drops. Brand is ideal for scale. Exclusive is a commissioned, one-of-one service with full rights and NFT ownership.
Are the designs exclusive to my brand?
Only the Exclusive Licence offers one-of-one rights. Standard and Brand Licence designs are sold on a limited-use basis and may be licensed by more than one brand within their usage limits.
Can I commission a custom graphic?
Yes. Our Exclusive Licence tier is a bespoke service that includes creative consultation, custom artwork, full ownership, and NFT minting. Apply to begin the process.
What formats will I receive with my purchase?
It depends on the licence tier. Standard includes high-res PNGs. Brand and Exclusive include additional layered files, vector artwork, mockups, and where applicable, digital-ready assets for AR or gaming.
